Rolls-Royce is explicitly scaling Group Business Services as a corporate transformation lever, while Kraków is rapidly adding end-to-end Finance leadership, global data governance, Source-to-Pay improvement and change-management capabilities.
Rolls-Royce Group Business Services confirms that the centre covers Finance, Procurement, HR, Data Analytics and Service Management.
It directly connects the GCC with Rolls-Royce’s multi-year corporate transformation programme.
Centre Head Rafał Tylek, SVP Poland, describes Kraków as Rolls-Royce’s Global Capability Centre and says its mission is to create value through efficient and effective services.
The jobs appearing now show the maturity of the operation.
A Financial Accounting & Reporting Tower Lead reports directly to the Head of GBS Finance Poland and owns end-to-end FA&R operations and accounting processes.
“Our Global Capability Centre is growing rapidly”, said Centre Head Rafał Tylek, SVP Poland.
There is also a Master Data Governance & Quality Lead. Rolls-Royce describes it as a central governance role in a federated hub-and-spoke model, with the person acting as a global subject-matter lead across business, data operations, reporting, technology and transformation.
Another new position is Service Improvement Lead – Source-to-Pay, reinforcing the process-excellence/continuous-improvement layer being built above transactional procurement.
There is also a Change Manager role, with Rolls-Royce saying Kraków is “rapidly evolving into a key hub” for operational efficiency and strengthening global business processes.
