Recognizing an established GBS/SSC center in CEE or the Baltics that materially expanded its enterprise mandate during 2026 through the addition of new functions, processes, geographies, global ownership responsibilities or higher-value capabilities. Particular weight will be given to expansions that demonstrate increased strategic importance of the center within the global organization.
