"O2C Excellence" Award.

Recognizing a GBS/Business Services organization that has delivered outstanding performance and transformation across the Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle, generating measurable value for the wider enterprise. The award recognizes excellence in areas including automation and AI, working-capital improvement, DSO reduction, collections, billing accuracy, dispute management, customer experience, and end-to-end process ownership.

Describe the scope of your O2C organization, including processes managed, countries/business units supported, approximate transaction volumes, team size, and the degree of end-to-end process ownership.
What measurable business value has the OTC organization delivered during the last 12–24 months? Please provide specific KPIs where possible,
How are automation, analytics, AI/GenAI or other digital technologies being used within O2C? Please provide specific use cases and evidence of their impact rather than simply listing technologies deployed.
How has the OTC organization improved the experience of external customers and/or internal business stakeholders?
