Sonova is a Swiss-listed global hearing-care company, headquartered near Zurich, that develops and sells hearing aids, cochlear implants and related audio/hearing solutions under brands including Phonak, Unitron and Advanced Bionics.
In early September, Sonova has said it is building its AI Business Solutions services. The firm is recruiting for a Manager AI Business Solutions role in Warsaw. This is more interesting than routine finance recruitment because it points toward Warsaw becoming part of Sonova’s enterprise AI deployment organisation.
Sonova is also adding senior controlling capability in Warsaw. A Senior Controlling Specialist role was posted on 3 September, adding to Sonova’s existing finance and corporate-services footprint. Combined with recent procurement and HR Services recruitment, Warsaw appears to be becoming more multifunctional.
Additionally, Sonova is expanding its multilingual HR Shared Services. Its Warsaw operation already has German- and Hungarian-language HR Services recruitment, and is now adding Dutch.
