Is the awards gala included in a Delegate pass?
Delegate covers both days of sessions and lunches. The Thursday leadership dinner and Friday gala are in the Premium pass, or buy Awards night only.
Can I submit an award and attend only the gala?
Yes — award nominations are open to anyone, and you can book an Awards Gala Pass without attending the full Summit.
Which pass should my organisation use?
If your team wants full access to both days plus the Gala, the Full Event Pass is the best value. Single-day teams should pick the Day 1 or Day 2 Pass that matches their focus.
Is there a member rate?
EBSA member organisations receive a discount automatically at checkout when booking with a member email address.
