Nominations are now open in 18 categories for the 15th annual CEE Business Services Summit & Awards, set for 3–4 March 2027 in Warsaw at the five-star Westin Hotel.

This year, we have added several new categories that extend beyond the traditional GBS sector to recognize companies across the broader CEE region that are undergoing transformation. At the same time, we are continuing with many of our existing nomination categories, which have proven very popular in previous years.
And we have expanded our nomination categories in the fields of AI and automation, as these have become incredibly important to the GBS sector across Europe.
Another new category is for Emerging Cities. We are finding that many of the traditional second-tier cities in Central Europe are becoming increasingly mature GBS locations. However, we believe there is significant potential in cities beyond the core CEE markets, including locations in Albania, Moldova and Turkey, as well as Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and North Africa. We expect this new category to bring some interesting new cities into the spotlight.
Furthermore, we have begun creating the agenda for the 2027 Summit, which will be ready on 30 October.
Beyond the core topics and speakers on GBS Transformation, Mandate expansion, and AI/Automation, our Side-Events will expand.
One of the key side-events expansion is our European Business Services Locations Forum, led by Patsy van Hove and Elias van Herwaarden, both of whom are connected with the Site Selectors Guild. They will lead a half-day workshop, designed for IPAs, investment promotion agencies, cities, countries and regions.
